Short Description of the Project<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Project proposal \u201cIncreasing the Competitiveness of the Company Kanaan d.o.o. Through the Digitalization of Business Processes\u201d includes the following activities:<\/span><\/p>\n

a) <\/span>Digital transformation plan,<\/span><\/div>\n
b) <\/span>Procurement of equipment, digital solutions and their implementation in the company\u2019s operations,<\/span><\/div>\n
c) <\/span>Strengthening employees\u2019 digital competencies, <\/span><\/div>\n
d) <\/span>Project management,<\/span><\/div>\n
e) <\/span>Promotion and visibility <\/span><\/div>\n

The project of digital transformation involves investing in digital solutions, a new ERP system that will ensure improvements and innovations in business processes and provide a basis for expanding into new markets, increasing revenue and strengthening the competitiveness of Kanaan d.o.o.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aims and Expected Results of the Project <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

With the project proposal, the company Kanaan d.o.o. during the 24 months of the project, aims to digitize all business processes, connect them and make them more efficient. <\/span><\/p>\n

The implementation of the project proposal will achieve:<\/span><\/p>\n

a) Digitalization of business processes while increasing their efficiency;<\/span><\/div>\n
b) Introduction of new ERP software based on new technologies, and procurement of material assets necessary for its functioning;<\/span><\/div>\n
c) Education and building of digital capacities of 44 employees;<\/span><\/div>\n
d) Improvement of 8 new business processes<\/span><\/div>\n
e) Increase in sales revenue by more than 20% in 2026;<\/span><\/div>\n
f) Increase in export income and growth in new markets in 2026. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 <\/span>The total value of the project is EUR 196,595.66<\/span><\/div>\n
